Mamta Kafle Bhatt was a woman defined by her determination and resilience. Born and raised in Nepal, she pursued her education with unwavering focus, eventually moving to India for nursing school. In 2021, Mamta relocated to the United States following an arranged marriage to Naresh Bhatt. She worked incredibly hard to establish herself in her new country, studying for hours each day to pass her nursing exams while balancing night shifts. By 2024, she had secured a position as a registered nurse at UVA Prince William Medical Center in Manassas, Virginia, and had welcomed a baby girl. When police conducted a welfare check, Naresh offered vague and contradictory explanations, suggesting she might have left to visit family, despite knowing she had no family in the United States. The Investigation and Arrest of Naresh Bhatt
